What is the permissible fresh concrete pressure?

This varies depending on the system and frame height – standard frame formwork is designed to withstand fresh concrete pressures of around 60–80 kN/m². All our formwork complies with the relevant standards (including DIN 18218) and is designed to withstand high concrete pressures. Can I reorder formwork panels individually?

How do I look after formwork elements properly?

Regular cleaning after each use, thorough stripping and high-quality release agents significantly extend the service life and ensure a smooth concrete surface. Store the elements in a dry place, protected from deformation. Well-maintained second-hand formwork is often just as effective as new formwork – such as our tested floor formwork.
