Here you’ll find all the information you need about delivery, collection and payment methods – clearly set out and with no small print.
Postage & Delivery
Freight forwarding (pallet / lorry)
Scaffolding is delivered on pallets or by lorry. We work with experienced logistics partners to ensure safe and punctual delivery.
Standard delivery – 3 – 5 working days
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we will dispatch your order within 3–5 working days. We will proactively inform you in the event of any delays.
Free collection in Leipzig
Collecting yourself? No problem: free of charge at our warehouse in Leipzig by prior appointment.

We deliver to 72 countries worldwide. Our logistics department takes care of everything – customs documents, transport and insurance.
Payment methods
Prepayment / bank transfer
Payment must be made by bank transfer before delivery or collection. We’ll get started straight away once payment has been received. You’ll receive our bank details with your order confirmation.
Always prepayment – no payment after delivery
We deliver and load exclusively after receipt of payment. As a matter of principle, we do not offer payment on invoice or with payment terms after delivery – not even for business customers.
