Scaffolding Tubes
Scaffolding tubes are the flexible basis of the tube-and-coupler scaffold, enabling stable, adaptable structures in almost any geometry. They combine load-bearing, bracing and connection functions in a single component and are ideal for special scaffolds, suspended structures and complex building shapes.
Scaffolding tubes - the basis
Scaffolding tubes are the basic component of the classic tube-and-coupler scaffold and are also used in many system scaffolds as a supplement or special component.
They serve, among other things, as:
- Load-bearing and connection elements (vertical, horizontal, diagonal)
- The basic structure for special constructions, suspended structures and bracing
- Connection components for couplers, nets, tarpaulins, brackets and temporary structures
Without scaffolding tubes there is no flexible tube-and-coupler system - they form the "lines" in the three-dimensional scaffold grid.
To connect them you need suitable couplers: rotating and rigid scaffold clamps.
Typical use of scaffolding tubes
Scaffolding tubes are used wherever maximum flexibility is required:
- Erecting tube-and-coupler scaffolds in all geometries
- Supplementing system scaffolds for special solutions
- Suspended structures and cantilevers on steel structures, concrete or existing buildings
